We use noise-monitoring technology (like Minut) to ensure the neighbourhood remains quiet. 3. Non-Smoking Property This is a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £250 deep-cleaning fee. 4. Occupancy Limits Only the guests included in the booking are permitted on the property overnight. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your reservation. 5. Parking Please use the designated off-street driveway for parking. Ensure vehicles do not block the pavement or neighbors' access. 6. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 15:00 (Self-check-in via key lockbox). Check-out: By 11:00. Late check-outs not previously agreed upon will incur a fee to cover our cleaning team’s waiting time. 7. Trash & Recycling Please place all rubbish in the provided bins. If your stay falls on a "Bin Day," we would greatly appreciate it if you could move the bin to the curb 8, Cleaning Service For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary mid-stay light clean and linen change is included. This helps us ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard for your comfort."
